This workshop is designed to help you explore the vulnerability that goes hand in hand with leadership and teaches you how to find your inner resolve to be courageous, to connect with others, and to continue to move forward whenever you’ re facing fear or uncertainty. During our retreat we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, worthiness, and self-compassion. We will “dig deeply” into the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that hold us back and spend time identify the new choices and practices that will help us move toward unleashing you inner ‘ Leaderista’ live more authentically and wholeheartedly.
The physics of vulnerability is simple: If we are brave enough, often enough, we will fall. Rising Strong™is designed to help learners understand exactly what it takes to get back up and how owning our stories of struggle gives us the power to write a daring new ending. Struggle can be our greatest call to courage and and the clearest path to a wholehearted life.

Getting really clear on who you are in both your work and personal life (yes, they may be different)
Fostering meaningful connections and learning what it takes to cultivate trust
Clarifying your values and how they guide your choices
Investigating the messages you have received and internalized about shame, and the sense of feeling or being “not enough”
Exploring the critical role emotion plays in a behavioral change and the connections between emotion thought and behaviour
Defining integrity and explore how offloading emotion moves us away from our values and how to integrate wholeheartedly instead
Examining the power of storytelling and that all stories have three main acts and that we are all wired for story
Exploring the three elements of the Rising Strong process (The Reckoning, The Rumble, and The Revolution)
Developing actionable strategies for getting back after a fall or setback so that you can live, love, and lead with greater courage and resiliency
Your retreat includes two hours of group coaching with Janna Hare, Certified Executive Coach and Jo-Ann Brine, Transformational Health Coach.
Discover what your level of self-compassion is, and how to integrate the 3 elements of self-compassion into your daily life.
We have five days of action packed transformational learning. You will leave with insights, and clarity around how you can take your intentions and move them to action right away. We’ ve designed this workshop so that you can continue your learning long after it is over.

Great Coffee. Nourishing Food
No experience is completed without nourishing food and great coffee. There will be tons of caffeine (and herbal teas) to keep the conversation going, and we will be serving catered meals throughout the retreat.
